This large mural is painted on the Shreveport Times building overlooking Festival Plaza on Crockett Street.
Northwest Louisiana local Tama Ripps Nathan was the designer of this mural and her bio page with NWLA Artists can be seen here.

    1. I agree that "call To Action" and "Once Upon A Millenium Moon" are much better murals, but I have no control over the quality of artists in Shreveport, or your grammar. Thank you Anonymous for the vague and nonspecific comment.
